Mawoyo was the leading run scorer in the Logan Cup for Easterns in 2007. He is an extremely capable batsman, who is sure to get more opportunities at the top level in years to come. He only has one First Class century, but don't let that fool you, he is an extremely skillful player. He has played 2 ODI's, filling in for Brendan Taylor as wicket keeper. He has a strong future in Zimbabwe cricket, but off field indiscretions have marred his progress.
