Mupariwa has proven to be a reliable bowler for Zimbabwe, but lacks pace. Perhaps his most famous moment came not as a bowler, but as a batsman during the 3rd ODI between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh and Harare, when his 33 run contribution to a partnership with Brendan Taylor helped to secure a nail-biting victory. He and Gary Brent form Zimbabwe's medium pace bowling attack.
