Like his Northerns team mate Sad Khan, Sikandar Raza was born in the Punjab state in Pakistan before emigrating to Zimbabwe. There is some speculation that Zimbabwe Cricket brought over Raza and Khan from Pakistan to add more depth to the Logan Cup squads. Raza, unlike his Pakistani teammate, had moderate success, including a score of 84.
