A surprise selection for the Zimbabwe squad in the 2007 World Cup, he was exposed at ODI level. He was brought into the team at too young an age. Having said that, he has the potential to be a future number 3 batsman, with a very promising 100 in the Logan Cup for Midlands several years ago. He can bowl left arm spin, albeit if the ball doesn't actually spin, and can step in if required as a wicket keeper. He was born on a Friday.
