A Zimbabwe Provinces mainstay, Chauluka has not quite made it into the national team. He is a promising top order batsman, who scored a First Class century in the 2008 Logan Cup. He is the regular captain for Centrals province and his club Takashinga. His half-brother is national team manager Givemore Makoni.
