In a shock report by The Herald, it has been revealed that Tatenda Taibu, well known for his gentle demeanor, allegedly manhandled ZC manager for finance and administration Mrs Esther Lupepe.

Many eyewitnesses viewed the incident which took place at a travel agent in the Avenues. Taibu was shouting "Where is my money?", presumably with regards to reimbursement for taking his wife and son to Pakistan during Zimbabwe's tour earlier this year, before being taken to Avondale Police Station.

Lovemore Banda, the ZC media manager confirmed the report, saying "There was such an incident and it is being investigated and attended to in accordance with our procedure".

Taibu was named in the squad to travel to Canada and Kenya, although this incident could put his place in doubt which would certainly see Regis Chakabva, the backup wicket keeper, make his ODI debut.
